MixSift is operated by Kaan Bütünley.
This policy describes the MixSift website, support and privacy correspondence, and the MixSift Mac app when available.

Audio and local projects
MixSift separates audio on your Mac. Audio, waveforms and project contents are not uploaded for separation. Local files and app records support the Queue, Library, file access, mixer settings, preferences, diagnostics, free-split accounting and recovery.
The reviewed app has no MixSift sign-in account or app-managed cloud audio sync. Files or backups you place in another provider’s synced folder may be transferred by that provider. Removing a Library entry does not delete every audio file, cache or backup.
Purchases and access
Apple provides App Store distribution, purchases, billing, transaction verification and Restore. Downloads, purchases, Restore and access verification can require internet even though audio processing is local. The current app configuration verifies Lifetime access through Apple; public App Store availability has not been confirmed.
RevenueCat is prepared for purchase and access verification and has been used for internal Monthly purchase/Restore testing. It is not activated for production. If selected for release, that route processes pseudonymous customer identifiers, purchase history, product/entitlement and verification state, and service request information for commerce/access. Pseudonymous does not mean anonymous or identifier-free.
MixSift does not operate website checkout or collect card details through this website. Apple handles App Store billing and its own transaction records.
App analytics and crash reporting
Usage analytics through Firebase Analytics and crash reporting are inactive in the current app configuration; the opt-in control is unavailable. Prepared integrations and internal testing do not establish active collection.
A future, separately reviewed optional usage route could process app interactions, automatic SDK usage/device information and provider-generated identifiers. It would not be identifier-free. Automatic purchase measurement and crash payloads require their own review; neither is enabled by this candidate.
Any future activation of app analytics or crash reporting would require separate notice and applicable choices. A change to analytics settings does not cancel a purchase or automatically delete data held by a provider.
Website hosting and request information
This website uses Cloudflare Pages for hosting and Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand site visits and performance. The website has no audio upload, advertising pixels or web checkout.
Hosting and security can process request information such as IP address, requested URL, browser and technical metadata independently of app audio processing. Cookies and retention depend on the actual deployed configuration. Local appearance and navigation scripts do not establish zero server processing or a cookie-free service.
Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled on mixsift.app through automatic injection. The selected exclusion prevents injection for connections handled by Cloudflare data centers in its documented EU/EEA exclusion set. Routing determines the data center; this is not a guarantee based on a visitor’s physical location. Preview domains and local review pages have no measurement beacon. Cloudflare receives page-visit, browser performance and request information when the beacon runs. Its analytics beacon does not use browser cookies or local storage. Cloudflare privacy information
Appearance preference: when you choose dark or light appearance, this website saves that choice in your browser under mixsift.website.theme.v1. This local preference is separate from analytics and is not sent to an analytics service. If browser storage is unavailable, appearance remains usable without a saved preference.

These contact addresses use Google Workspace to receive and send correspondence.
Email correspondence can include your address, message and any app/version or problem details you choose to provide. We use it to answer support questions and handle privacy requests. Avoid sending audio, raw logs, receipts, passwords, full paths, private song or project names and transaction or customer identifiers. Redact screenshots.

Retention, recipients and safeguards
You control local audio and export locations. App metadata, recovery/accounting records, caches and backups have different lifecycles; universal secure deletion is not promised. Remote service and correspondence records need service-specific retention decisions.
Correspondence and provider records are retained as needed to respond, operate the services and meet applicable obligations. Providers may process information in locations described in their own notices. Requests for deletion are assessed in light of applicable retention obligations.
Choices and privacy requests
Use privacy@mixsift.app to raise a privacy question or request. Describe the service or issue and the action requested without sending recordings, passwords or purchase secrets. A working email address does not establish an automated deletion API.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete information, restrict or object to processing, or complain to a relevant authority. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
Local file removal, a future telemetry withdrawal/reset and remote provider requests are separate actions. None cancels Apple subscription billing.
